Since the launch of Prendergast Survey's Limited in 1985, we have built our reputation on providing high quality Nova Scotia Land Survey services with great attention to detail. For nearly three decades we have been providing all types of surveying including topographical and legal boundary surveys throughout Eastern Nova Scotia. Our office is located in Glace Bay, Cape Breton in the midst of the former mining communities of Port Morien, Donkin, Glace Bay, Dominion, Reserve Mines, Scotchtown and New Waterford.

The growth of Prendergast Survey’s to present time has been shaped by the surrounding communities and founder Dennis Prendergast, along with the core team of professionals, some of which have been involved since the beginning.
